Why in the world would somebody deep fry crab legs in the shell. That takes away from the crunchyness & the point of eating fried food. I mean the breading was literally all on the bottom of the plate none of it got ate. I’m so confused why somebody would waste time eating them like that when you can just eat regular snow crab legs. The crab meat didn’t even looked seasoned or different just looked regular, like really what’s the point of this.

Him keeping it in the shell may be a keep the moisture flavor technique. Soft shell crabs are fried with the shell but you can eat the shell because it’s SOFT.

What they should of done Is de shell the crab legs then fry them would been way easier to eat and they could make a crab leg po boy
