Positive points:
+ Snacks available when checking in
+ Nice parquet flooring and room decoration
+ A good selection of saunas in spa
+ Delicious à la carte options for breakfast (free of charge), nice smoothies and smoked salmon
+ Staff at breakfast very helpful and friendly
+ Coffee machine in room (but not Nespresso)
+ Iron in room
+ Safe in room
+ Full minibar in room
+ Bathrobe in room
Negative points:
- Soundproofing in room not great (could hear people walking in room above)
- Bath/shower combination (need to step into bath to have a shower)
- No jacuzzi in spa and pool a bit small (for the number of guests)
- Didn't manage to pair mobile to TV (there was a button on the remote but nothing happened when I pressed it)
- When booking in they asked me if I wanted to be a member of their loyalty programme and I told them I thought I already was but they didn't check and didn't upgrade me. That was very poor in comparison to the Hilton Tallinn Park which upgraded me to a Suite without even asking if I was a member of their loyalty programme.
- The room and bathroom seemed a bit small compared to the competition (Swissotel and Telegraaf)
