Very well done! Very thorough! Just one question: In the beginning of the video you said that the positive sense DNA is used to make the functioning proteins by making the RNA. But then as you went through the ds DNA ss +DNA, and ss -DNA viral life cycles, you said that the negative sense strand was used in all three to make, although it is not as clear in the ds DNA as the other three. But back at the beginning of the video, you said that the negative sense strand makes nonfunctioning proteins. So which makes the positive sense RNA: the negative or positive sense DNA?

just one thing , how does the positive strand serves as a template to create those new negative RNAS? it would be also RdRp?

So in - sRNA virus the RdRp is already transported inside the viral particle but in + sRNA virus it is encoded in the genome, isnt it?
