8th gen surpassed 9th in terms of music, at least in gym battles, because the Team Star and Penny battle themes are a bliss for our ears

I’m not ashamed to say that I became a bigger fan of Pokémon since sword and shield

and did each and every one in the worst way ever imagined... expect the ambience during gym leaders.

I won't lie there are bad things about Sw&Sh no doubt, but honesty this game grew on me, BDSP and SV were the worst pokemon games I played. So going back to this game was oddly breathtaking.

Played the game for the 1st time since it came out.

Its a rave every 5 seconds and I'm here for every glorious minute.

The game itself was pretty meh but its music was straight fire.

I could’ve one shot the gym leader’s last Pokémon but I dynamax anyway because the crowd is cheering for me!

I was hyped in each gym leader battle due to this. I don't care what other people think, I enjoyed Sword and Shield gym battles.

Always loved Nessa’s full split just before she threw the Poke Ball. I know it’s a thirst trap, but it also fits with her gymnast theme.

The gym battles were the best part of this game, even though they were easy I thought they were still fun and cool.

I've resetted this game like ten times just to be able to experience the gyms all over again. It's such an epic experience. The chanting and the arena, feels like you're actually doing something big
