I love this discussion. Ive have my License is California and I was on a team but I had to hurry up and leave there. The lady was draining with drama. I hope to find a mentor in Los Angeles SOON!!

This podcast is so very informative. I'm pro-team. I've been around long enough to know that you have to have a teachable spirit. Im at the beginning of my(second stage) of real estate journey. However, this journey started many many years ago,but, ive come full circle to know that real estate is my first love. Listening to this podcast is next level. I'm a Veteran not only serving my country but in life. I've had the pleasure of connecting with Ms. River and she has actually changed my trajectory on this path. I have been in Real Estate for over 3 years and all ive joined is teams, blindly chile! I have been able to see experience with no real systems or leadership… systems with no real leadership or experience.. and being a solo agent with no real guidance or motivation.
Teams are beautiful yet definitely go somewhere where you are respected and respectt the person in charge. Somewhere your spirit has the opportunity to thrive
