¼ cup / 25g rolled oats
¼ cup / 30 g pumpkin seeds
¼ cup / 30g sunflower seeds
¼ cup / 40g almonds
¼ cup / 30g peanuts
3 pcs brazil nuts (chopped)
¼ cup / 30g cashews ( chopped)
¼ cup / 40g raisins
¼ cup / 40g dried cranberries
1 tbsp flaxseed
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chia seeds (pre soaked in 3 tbsp water)
Pinch salt
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 10-12 minutes

½ cup / 60g rolled oats (ground to fine flour consistency)
¼ cup / 60g peanut butter
2 tbsp / 36g dates paste
⅛ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Some halved peanuts
Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 10-12 minutes
