NSCR and MMS the best. Foreign funded still the best. Private funded like San Miguel's MRT7 looks Jurassic comapared to this. The quality and materials used the best.

Swerte ng mga taga Bulacan, ang hirap kasi laging punuan at mahaba ang pila ng Bus at UV papunta ng Pampanga at Tarlac lalo kapag rush hour. Mas convinient na after neto pipili ka nalang kung mag Bus, UV o kaya mag NSCR ka may option ng pagpipilian.

fortunately it was pulled out from Chinese contractors which are not reliable their works and materials are always substandard compared to Japanese contractors

I hope provincial railways in the Philippines are not elevated just like in other countries like europe or even japan, that way it's a lot easier to add stations even just a simple shaded ones just like in europe and japan as well. Pansin ko dito ang lalayo ng bawat station. At para narin less cost of damage in case of earthquakes.
