what is the purpose of doing SSR or SSL during a TA! ?

to get the Tag filler or ender to connect. sometimes you have to SSL or SSR otherwise one of two things happen. 1) your ender will either whiff completely, or if it's multi hits or or more hits of the ender will miss. or 2) the tag fill will miss completely.
