good evening miss Sarah..i enjoy watching your vlogs..the banana is very good to eat especially when ripe..here in Philippines that kind of banana we fry it with brown sugar we called it banana cue..

Yes, that is main reason i never plant a banana tree in my garden.
I don't want to feel heartbroken if heavy rains made it fall. 😢😊

Why don't you allow your feet and soles to connect with Mother Nature. They love and deserve that freedom. They love to feel various textures of soil between their toes. Whenever you're in your garden ALWAYS be totally barefoot. Scientific research has shown that it's not only fun but pretty healthy to be barefoot in your daily life.
Our feet were meant /created to be bare and that's why there are a number of sensors/nerve endings under our feet which connects to our entire body from top to toe. When we walk on sand, gravel and tiny stones/ pebbles, our entire body gets a stimulation through these sensors.Apart from that it allows your body to connect with the earth and absorb free Electrons from the earth's surface.
