I want to end this debate whether the dad overreacted or speed did it on purpose. He did not, straight away he felt wrong about it and after apologising like several times he walks off since he didn’t want anything to start. The father then swears and says crap to them after the situation was deescalated and told him to go back to America? That is so racist and you’re worrying about a baby crying. Like people, that baby win’s be traumatised by something that happen for like a second, grow up and stop being so soft. Basic - Speed is hyperactive. We have many people like him in the world.

Problem - Because of that, he frightened a baby and made the baby cry. People are hating on him because they think he did it for the content or because they think that the baby would probably be traumatized for the rest of their life.

Conclusion - No one is at fault. Speed probably scared the shit out of the baby and made their soul leave their body for a split second. But he didn't mean to do it, you can see how apologetic he is in this video. He tried to make peace with the father and stopped the bodyguards from attacking back. But, then again that baby would probably be traumatized for life or even have a nightmare about that one big black monster man that scared them.
