how do u get the music to be original and unique if there is no sound track. Are there music tract libraries one can get music from. I don't mean artist music, just neutral and unique music?

The guy Cee-Roo is actually a God of sound design and music producer. i cant tell how important the sound is. but I can definitely point out beginner and pro from watching their video with or without putting effort on sound design

My problem is… I don’t have any footage to work with. I know that sounds stupid but if my speciality is in sound design and editing, I don’t really have to desire to shoot quality footage.
