Takemusu Aikido Online Dojo - Private Class: Tanto/ Knife Work - with Michael Ormerod

In todays Private Class we look at some basic stretching and a little ukemi work. Today was spent mostly with Tanto (Knife) work. Beginnning with basic movement drills and then progressing to more formalised attack patterns. Because of the heavy rain I was trapped inside my office (a 5m bell tent!) , but I was able to teach outdoors at around the 40 minute mark. Enjoy!

The Takemusu Aikido Online Dojo was created to facilitate the Aikido learning experience for our new age. An age where the possibility to increase the quality and content of our connection has never been greater. With our new digital technology, we lack touch but not vision. What we can't teach by touch, we teach by example.



To provide the highest quality instruction the spaces for Live classes are limited. But due to the nature of our technology its now possible to access the classes remotely at any time, and in your own time. Private classes are available by request.
