Funny thing, realistically mph is reasonable for a space trucking sim. Relativistic speeds would be horrible for space station based areas.

The distance between stations using jump rings would be perfect, but you have to be able to react with human speed. So, you figure highway distances and speeds would co dense space usage to where its needed, reduce costs to clear the entire area of debris, etc, etc.

As much as it would be neat to imagine character to character combat happening at thousands of mph, none of it would be remotely reasonable.

Someone commented about the use of meters per second in freespace, and the argument is the same. People can only react so fast, so everything like this should be made with real biology in mind.

this game is fire. my pc is trash so i have to be on the lowest setting and it still looks good with good frames. i cant believe it.

edit: the only bad part is that you cant charge batteries, and air filters are so expensive.

Hey Matt, when you look at the map, any route with the double line is a toll route, they are faster but they cost you. Every jump gate has a transit time (aka time dilation) if you got enough time toll routes are best avoided.

Tip not mentioned in any tips vid I’ve watched, using your emergency break used your cab oxygen took me ages before I realised really easy way to drain your o2
