hi sir.
Thanks for this video. I have one question. and hope u can help me. what you can say about rogue diffuser? or what u recommend for outdoor shot sir. simple setup. thanks a lot.
I just did family pictures yesterday, it was exhausting because you're right about that you had to move quickly and fun at the same time.
ОтветитьAwesome tutorial.. have a few families coming up soon, going to have this in my back pocket now!!
ОтветитьDo you have tutorials for those of us doing this without an assistant? (I have been doing this many years and that is not going to happen.)
ОтветитьWhat do you do if you don't have an assistant to hold up reflectors/etc. ? Working with one flashgun ?
ОтветитьYou're a genius!!
Ответитьhey does anyone have a good flash to buy that can get the job done and isnt too complicated. i own the yn600ex rt and hate it.
ОтветитьNot a pro. Just a hobby. Not going to use the reflectors and stand a lot. Can I rent them anywhere?
ОтветитьI really appreciate your lessons... so well explained and easy to follow
ОтветитьNice pic.
Ответитьwhere can I get a shirt like that?
Ответитьhow is that on camera lighting ?
ОтветитьGood one mate
ОтветитьAbsolutely loved the case study! The initial thoughts, how to tackle challenges, your final solutions. THAT is teaching. Big thanks!
ОтветитьDon't you think the bounced light is a bit harsh? Probably we are viewing this in Srgb format, I am getting that feel or the apple screen is giving that impression. I am sure the original pic must be looking much better.😊
ОтветитьThe photo turned out great but the parents are so fake it's sickening...
Ответитьwhat camera was used for this shot?
ОтветитьWhat is a "white over silver" reflector? Is the assistant holding two reflectors? i.e. a silver behind a white scrim? So not too much of the flash is lost?
Ответитьi think you should've put a reflector on the right side of the subject
ОтветитьThis guy’s great! For some reason he reminds me of David Copperfield
ОтветитьThanks for the video. Just starting use flash and this helped
ОтветитьDon’t like blown highlights.
ОтветитьWhat the Time of shoots?
ОтветитьThese are ok, but it's obvious a flash was used. Just watch Julia Trotti's videos on natural light photography, or shooting under harsh sunlight. The results are way better than this.
ОтветитьFor a larger group, say 10+, would you be able to use this technique? You would have to move away quite a bit from the group and the flash would be losing so much of its power? Have you ever tried this with a speedlight or would you switch to a stronger flash? Thank you.
ОтветитьGreat video and helpful simple suggestions. Thank you!
ОтветитьI have my first family photoshoot on Saturday and I am thinking of using my 75-300mm lens is that good for family portraits?
ОтветитьLove your channel. Discovered you on the fstopper challenge.
ОтветитьThanks for the video. what f,stop you shoot this Portrait ,you did not have a lightmeter how you determine what amateur you use thanks
ОтветитьThank you , i am going to use this bounce idea !
ОтветитьStumbled across your tutorial: so informative and helpful. Thank you.
Ответитьf 2.0 for a group shot? wow!
ОтветитьHpw do you turn the flash to the side?
ОтветитьThanks for many helpful tips and an on location light setup
ОтветитьWow I loved this content.I have a doubt, what if we use 85mm or135mm lens, I mean the subject will be far and the reflector cannot bounce back to subject face as illustrated here! In that case only strobe is the only way to go or is there any other options? Pls reply
ОтветитьVery good video. I want to start doing this with my family, and this was a great tutorial.
ОтветитьJust starting out with family portraits for my church. Looks like I have a LOT of things to consider not only about the family but the location as well. Thank you for the insightful approach.
ОтветитьI can't wait to try this on my next family session 👍
ОтветитьSO SIMPLE!! YESS
ОтветитьDads legs ruin this shot. The lighting is good, dads legs are too prominent in the frame. Just my opinion.
ОтветитьThank you so much for those great tips!
ОтветитьSUPER. SUPER , THE BEST
நன்றாக இருக்கிறது வாழ்த்துக்கள் R.MANOHAR-CHENNAI
So stinking good! Never thought about lighting like this.
ОтветитьTalking too much!! Show results!
Ответитьgreat video!!
ОтветитьOnly thing I don’t like is the tree growing out of the girls head😅
ОтветитьWow...this was great info. I really like you idea of bouncing from the speedlight!!
ОтветитьI know im 7 years late, but what type of speedlight did you use?
ОтветитьI love this nigga!
