On the right hand side of the cockpit you have a round switch with three points. Those are for the lights inside the cockpit. Turning those on helps a lot with visibility!

At Bora bora you have to press B1 to keep the tail hook down

The reason you failed the Bora bora landing a few times was because your angle of attack was too low. You need a bit of AoA to lower the tail hook onto the deck. When you land early and the nose comes down you lose all of your AoA and the hook jumps over the arresting wires.
You need to keep the high AoA of dump it on the deck by lowering the power to idle.

On the wings are the flaps, rudders on the tail and theb ailerons are the back ones

You need to press the button to lower it to make it stick in extreme conditions while its grabbing. Its not broken, you're doing it wrong 😅

The reason the hook did not connect was because when you landed your tail was to close to the ground, so the hook bounced and the arrester cables came off.

Did anybody else notice that the hook came up on landing

bro you have to learn from your mistakes!!! Every single landing you do you get so high and you say "just dunk it" "I'm a little high" and you never learn from it you just keep coming in and then nose down last second and almost crash. Go lower and slow down to 125 knots because that way you dont have such an angle of attack.

The game isn’t bringing you in low, you’re actually low on the glide slope. When the yellow slope is up it means you’re below it, when it’s down it means you’re above it.

The reason your aoa keeps moving is because it stands for angle of attack and because you keep movong ur plane slightly up slightly down it keeps saying too high or too low
