Making your bad habits hard and making your Good habits easier
ОтветитьMan my gym is 70 miles from my home and I still workout 5 times a week
ОтветитьThanks for the channel, the content is very good and meaningful
Ответить👍 😂
ОтветитьSuch a simple yet powerful concept. Making it harder to be lazy about bad habits really works!
ОтветитьYour content is like a breath of fresh air—so original and captivating!
Ответитьok, sooo iv attempted to the tv and battery's thing but uhm what happens if I'm too lazy to go put the batteries back into the drawer.
ОтветитьThank you. It is also a problem when you have two competing "important" tasks. So choose one of them quickly! Otherwise you may skip both.
ОтветитьGood
ОтветитьI have a very hard time with memory, ive clearly watched this before and yet it feels like hearing it for the first time again. Thank you for your video :)

Ответитьawful idea to post such a lengthy video about a technique to conquer laziness
ОтветитьThank you so much for this. 💡💡🏆🏆🏆
ОтветитьI liked the idea, I will put a list of all the bad things that I do and try to fix it like U said. Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьThink this video was on my watch later for over 3 years now...
Ответить🥰
ОтветитьBless your heart for this unique content, thank you!
ОтветитьI'm just gonna say that this video has been sitting 2-3 years on my watch later list, talk about freaking procrastinating.
Thanks for the explained content, I can relate to this way, way too much, gotta love spending 5 hours doing nothing because I'm too lazy to do 10 minutes of preparation so I can do something.
Ótimo vídeo, obrigada por compartilhar essas informações.
Ответить90% of the people watching this video didn’t watch it as it took longer than 20 seconds
ОтветитьExtremely useful video! Saving several tips from it.
ОтветитьI spent thousands converting my living room into a gym.
ОтветитьFood prep at home saves money and is healthy but its convenience that wastes money that could be invested.
ОтветитьI leave my vacuum in the middle of the floor so I don't have to pull it out every time yet I still haven't vacuumed despite all the dirt and cat hair I need to clean up. I just step over or around it to get from the bedroom to either the kitchen or bathroom.
ОтветитьMy use my phone and laptop to study 🤷♀️
ОтветитьI'm watching this video sitting on the couch for a "few minutes" before starting to plan my day.
Ответить…and the other 10% are probably sitting down!
ОтветитьIn my case it's called the 1 hour rule 💀
ОтветитьI am too lazy to set up all those things like : Get the batteries out of your remote and such
ОтветитьWhat I like to do to get started when doing things and I remember that they are a thing then I say alright after _ amount of thing I'll go do it
ОтветитьYes but this video is over 14 minutes
ОтветитьWhy does a video about a 20 sec rule have to be 14 min long?
ОтветитьGreat video! Thank you
ОтветитьSadly I'm not that lazy haha
ОтветитьI'm 63, have a bad back, bad knees, and have had two heart attacks. I have to budget my energy. Call that lazy, but anything that saves time and effort is a Godsend.
ОтветитьVery useful
ОтветитьYes! Make wanted actions more convenient and unwanted actions less convenient by 20 seconds.
ОтветитьAbsolutely Brilliant Idea!!
ОтветитьIf reducing the activation energy is not enough, put on some music. Take your headphones (or earbuds or whatever) and let the volume high enough for you to listen to the songs but not too loud you can't hear a coin hit the floor. It works as a kind of catalyst to lower the activation energy even further. And avoid the phone. Use an ipod or mp3 player, the simplest the better; this way you won't get distracted by other apps or unnecessary features.
Ответить"Lifting weight isn't that difficult".
You don't know me, man
"If you have trouble eating healthy, simply throw out all the unhealthy food in your house. This way, all that remains is healthy food."
No. That way, all that remains is empty cupboards.
So just shoes on then drive naked to the gym… got it
ОтветитьTo anyone who's reading this, I want to tell you THIS WORKS! I took my board exam last October 2022. I am the laziest person I know but somehow I got 88.20% average in the exam. I almost TOP IT. 🥹 And this is what I did, I made sure all my learning materials are close to me. I scattered it in every place I usually spent my time like on the couches. I put my cp on the kitchen table before bed so when I wake up I don't find it to be the first one I reach out to. And instead I put my book next to me. I found myself reaching out to it right after I woke up. I told myself I'll just read for a few mins but before I even drink my coffee, I found myself diving deeper into my study. This truly works for lazy person like me. 🥹 Now I've got my license.
I can't thank you enough. 🤍
Finally a video I can relate
ОтветитьIt was too much effort watching this video. Can someone reply with a summary please
