Question: I see a price for lot rent and another price for HOA per month that are different numbers. So if the lot space is $500.00 and the HOA IS $500.00 per month than it's $1,000.00 per month to live in the park? Is this normal to have very high monthly hoa's?

What is the best time and day to call you?

Do you actually sell manufactured homes? What happens to your deposit if the park does not approve you? I recently lost my wife (March 23rd) and there went half of my income. We were both on social security and I have a very small separate retirement income.

Roy I got loss on your scenario who paid for new AC before I negotiated the final sales price with seller? Sounds like you said potential buyer did and then buyer was able to get lower price?!
