ОтветитьThis is Alarming! The government of Ghana must protect this vital Shea Butter industry for their women folk. Every one knows that burning tree for fossil fuels is endangering the whole planet. Use kerosene or natural gas for cooking. Or start to make your own gas oil stoves. This industry has made possible for a mother to send her children to school. This is Ghana and other African Shea Butter producer, their "Cultural Heritage. Therefore The Ghanian Government must Make this practice of using your precious trees as fossil fuels an offense, with strong penalties ❤
ОтветитьChef of 15 years after culinary school here and the metata is awesome and a really cool thing to still do today and absolutely agree that they should still do so. HOWEVER... no amount of a stone smashing ingredients would be capable to making it smoother or thinner a food processor.... lol I totally understand keeping tradition alive but you can at least be honest about it...

ОтветитьI tried several molé types when I went to Mexico and frankly, they were terribly bitter, far too spicy for my wimpy palate, and I was really sorry I could not appreciate them properly.
The rabbit they were served upon, however, was pretty darn good. Still wish I had the recipe for the lovely soup that was made there!

ОтветитьI have Dhokra art idols and statues and saw the manufacturing process in front of my eyes when I was a kid during the early 2000s. Now many years have passed but I haven't seen any craftsmen visiting my hometown and selling these statues.

Ответить"...Men have been cutting down these trees..." This kind of sexism is something that should be eliminated, both for women, and men. It is not men nor women who make problems for each other, and hate each other, it is only the misogynists and feminists who do. Stop attributing certain qualities and defaults to either gender.
ОтветитьShitty falangutan technique.. Try the greenlandic Ulú to get the best result of cutting the fat from the skin. Those who knows nose

Ответитьthese ancient crafts for centuries is a testament to the ingenuity, skill, and creativity of artisans throughout history. By preserving and passing down traditional techniques, artisans ensure that these crafts remain relevant and valued in our modern world.
ОтветитьNeed links to shops for these artisans! Or at least a disclaimer for the ones who dont.
