MOTHER - Dance film to Mapei's Vision by Caroline Leuhusen

For a long time I have been reflecting on my identity as a dancer and a mother. I have spent a lot of energy, time and sense in trying to be both. Either or. When are we the one or the other?

It wasn't until I realized I was running a loosing game that I found an answer. When we divide our identity in different boxes, we create an illusion. The opposite of wholeness.

We are who we are. I am me, and I can let go by being me in the present moment. One.
