I have option of shooting in 4k30fps and 1080p60fps, which resolution i should prefer from above? I also bought an insta360 flow gimbal taking that into consideration.

Great tips mate! I've been doing a lot of these already. What I'm having trouble with is a "shaky camera" when shooting in 4K. Even with my shooting with a gimbal. I still find that the camera has some shakiness to it that I can't seem to control. Any advice would be very helpful.
