ОтветитьHighly appreciate if you also show the meter readings.
ОтветитьThis is the real life in a repair shop. Sometimes the equipment fool us. Thanks for sharing.

ОтветитьGreat work you do, but HP is a manufacturer that I will never buy on my life nor I recommend to anyone, along with Acer, Fujitsu, Seagate All of these aren't recommend because of the lack of durability and also too many errors on systems and software

ОтветитьSalut! Dacă ești român, iti scriu in română cea mai probabilă cauză a arderii acelui rezistor smd.
ОтветитьI greatly admire your work. And I am learning alot on your channel. By the way what is the colourless substance you are pouring on the board.
ОтветитьI done 2 MacBooks was same issue with both thank you
ОтветитьCould you write the exact ID of the flux used?
ОтветитьWhat camera do you use for this task ? Is there anything below 200 € one could also use ?
Ответитьdefault to a card swapper like me :)
Ответитьif the donor board was good enough then you had a option to let customer know if this can be put for his laptop instead of sending back
ОтветитьGood
ОтветитьIt could have been the customer's laptop charger that was supplying the wrong voltage thus causing the damage😕.
Ответить👍
Ответитьwhen i saw this video i realize that i need more patient like him hahaha
ОтветитьIts irritating to me these companies are not forced to release their board diagrams. So many people want to just virtue signal about caring for the planet or more likely they are ignorant to the fact these boards end up polluting landfills only because we cannot fix them. If we had a way to read what does what on these boards the likely hood, they could be repaired goes up by at least 80%! Something here needs to change, and more people need to be onboard with the right to repair!
Ответитьwell
youre the best boss
Hi Alex, big fan. Why send it back with no fix? Why not give the customer the option to replace the board with a board you source on eBay? I usually can generally get any motherboard on eBay for between $75 -$150 with a warranty. I don't have your knowledge, patients or skill so that's generally how I handle repairs and then I sell the defective boards back on eBay stating exactly what issues I had with the board. I think it's a good option and I bet a lot of your customers would appreciate the option.
ОтветитьWould be interesting to see a compilation video of a bunch of your rejected repairs like 30 seconds in you say no fix for this reason, next....and so on. Appreciate you sir. Thank you for sharing your skills knowledge and experience
ОтветитьThere was one capacitor that was damaged that was not checked. Why was it not checked?
ОтветитьIf HP dont do the plans then dont do the fix imo
ОтветитьThis remind me the nice memories when I use to fix 100 of Honeywell smart meters where I found a lot of short circuit on the PCBs
