Hot take: this album is incredibly overrated and people only liked and listened to it because of how hyped up it was, honestly it was forgettable and I would put his last 3 albums over it in terms of song-writing and quality

Last one was a downright psychotic take. Like disliking the album is one thing. But thinking that fucking balloon of all songs is the only good track on the album? Insane. Throw him in the asylum

Its name is chromakopia, because its name is not igor, or else he would have just called it igor 2. Its a different fucking album. Its like people crying when utopia came out because it wasnt the same as astroworld, was it ever supposed to be??!!

I nearly feel asleep listening to it halfway through. Marketing was misleading. I thought I was gonna listen to a high energy album, and more than half are slow or just not intense. 5/10 for me tbh. But I get it if you really like it.

Calling it Tyler’s Mr Morale is actually very apt. It’s very vulnerable, got some of his hardest bangers, sometimes bloated, but on the whole excellent

I thought it was great, I think I prefer Flower Boy but I’m also biased because that was the album that entered my life at a very rough time and has influenced me in many ways, so I’m not counting that. I definitely think that Igor is his best album but Chromakopia is definitely a good benchmark, it’s very good with very solid features (I even liked the Sexxy Redd feature) and has some really great tracks that go into pretty dark places like Hey Jane and NOID, and other songs are just fun songs that I’ve been playing on the Aux like Thought I Was Dead and Sticky. I think all the songs are pretty solid and very good, I don’t have a least favorite, but I definitely have a favorite, that being Darling I. I loved the small things on the album too, like the sample in NOID, the Glo feature in Sticky, the Daniel Caeser feature, just small things that make the album better. I like the aesthetic of the album, the cover is good, very tempted to make my pfp the Chromakopia font similar to the brat one people were doing this summer. Final thoughts, great album

Thought I Was Dead made me ascend to a realm of being previously thought impossible and i cried to like him.

Honestly his worst album bar goblin. It has absolutely no personality and it feels like an amalgamation of leftovers from his previous album

There were some songs in the album I wouldn't call my favorite, but they were great. I definitely agree with the person that said it's an unskippable album.

Honestly not his best not that many songs really hit for me . Kinda felt like it needed to be made to make that every album every 2 years mark . Even then a not so great Tyler album is still a fun listen and it’s fun seeing his rollouts for an upcoming album

As someone who likes rap and hiphop, it’s SO hard to listen, it’s not bad, I think it’s Tyler’s unique style or something

I like the variety of the album. I can hear sounds and acoustics inspired by every other album he has made mixed thought Chromakopia.
