You know, this reminds me of that episode of the Simpsons when Sideshow Bob tries to escape from prison and he sees a sign on the prison gate saying, “No escaping please”, then says “Screw the honour system!” and escapes anyway.
ОтветитьIn Germany you also can’t be charged for fleeing from police or destroying evidence that would incriminate yourself
ОтветитьWhy is he in a fire station?
ОтветитьSo basically, dont commit crimes during your escape and no extra time will be added
ОтветитьThey care more about the rights of criminals than the rights of their victims
ОтветитьPlot twist, they’re not in germany
ОтветитьIf someone on drugs keeps their kids out of school for the purpose of manufacturing narcotics like heroin then the parent or parents should go too prison and lose their parental rights permanently.
ОтветитьIt's also theft if you leave in the jail clothes, because technically, you're stealing them from the jail
ОтветитьHe doesnt have a running license.
ОтветитьIf it’s a human right then the government is intentionally violating someone’s human rights.
ОтветитьJim is jumping over the wall again.
We've got to go get him.
The same is in the netherlands
ОтветитьI like this law
ОтветитьIt's pretty racional, though
That's the human nature
I literally know the location I live in Germany
ОтветитьIts also not Illegal to run away from the Police.
ОтветитьDoes bodly harm cont if inflicted on yourself
Ответитьjust hop the fence
ОтветитьIn America there’s not laws against cannibalism it’s self, just very difficult to legally acquire human meat. You could get around it if someone agrees to give it to you, without killing them
Ответить>Prison Guards Open Gate
>Run Through Gate
>Profit
I don’t know anything about German law, but even if they legally escape aren’t they still a criminal that can be arrested
ОтветитьClimb
ОтветитьCan confirm✅
ОтветитьThat actually makes a lot of sense. You can't expect people to not try and escape
ОтветитьSo basically you can trespass to get out so you can just walk out of it
ОтветитьOh yeah man the GERMANS are suuuuch forgiving people 😂😂😂
ОтветитьThis has its ups and downs
ОтветитьMe who dig a whole under da fence:
ОтветитьWhat about climbing the fence
ОтветитьThen wouldn't you just be able to walk out
ОтветитьIts not illegal to escape in the dutch too
but you will get arrested again to serve the rest of your sentence
You wont get added time
Helping a prisoner escape whiteout beeing one of the prisoners that are escaping
Is illegal and will be punished
Thx😊
ОтветитьIsn’t it the same thing with cannibalism. Eating people isn’t illegal just getting the meat is
Ответить👾
ОтветитьSo he can climb the gate
ОтветитьI wonder if taking the prison uniform counts as theft
Ответитьtime to go to germany if the group chat gets leaked
ОтветитьYou could also climb over it
ОтветитьI mean technically if you see an open door and casually wonder out you're not doing any of those
ОтветитьThis can prevent them from doing more crimes on the way out, and they're even more likely to turn themselves in again after whatever they were doing, assuming it was legal. They've done things like buying foods they were craving or just seeing sights.
Ответить"DONT LET THIS MAN LEGALY RUN AWAY"😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьRun
Hey, don’t let this man legally run away 😂😂😂😂😂
Kinda logical. I like it.
ОтветитьThe interesting thing is, if the person avoid to do all of that while out of prison... there is really a reason that they need to stay in prison?
ОтветитьSo if I can strip naked and get out of the prison, I will not be chased
ОтветитьThe government took him as a hostage
ОтветитьIf you get arrested for murder and escape by breaking some stuff do u get full sentence back or just vandalism charge
Ответить2024th comment
ОтветитьI'm sure this class has nothing to do with the super fun summer camps they were running back in the 40s
ОтветитьHE STOLE THE CLOTHES 😂
