It's NOT illegal to escape prison in Germany???

You know, this reminds me of that episode of the Simpsons when Sideshow Bob tries to escape from prison and he sees a sign on the prison gate saying, “No escaping please”, then says “Screw the honour system!” and escapes anyway.

In Germany you also can’t be charged for fleeing from police or destroying evidence that would incriminate yourself

So basically, dont commit crimes during your escape and no extra time will be added

They care more about the rights of criminals than the rights of their victims

If someone on drugs keeps their kids out of school for the purpose of manufacturing narcotics like heroin then the parent or parents should go too prison and lose their parental rights permanently.

It's also theft if you leave in the jail clothes, because technically, you're stealing them from the jail

In America there’s not laws against cannibalism it’s self, just very difficult to legally acquire human meat. You could get around it if someone agrees to give it to you, without killing them

I don’t know anything about German law, but even if they legally escape aren’t they still a criminal that can be arrested

but you will get arrested again to serve the rest of your sentence
You wont get added time

This can prevent them from doing more crimes on the way out, and they're even more likely to turn themselves in again after whatever they were doing, assuming it was legal. They've done things like buying foods they were craving or just seeing sights.
