It turned out beautiful and love fall. It is my favorite time of the year. I live in Georgia and it is still very hot. So, I can’t wait to see your next video. I really need inspiration to get busy and start decorating.

Heather... if you add clear wax first before you apply your white wax or any colored wax, it will make it so much easier to wipe back your colored wax. I am a decorative furniture artist that now does mostly thrift flips but one of the first things I was taught was to always apply clear wax first before ever applying a colored wax. I promise, it will make things much much easier. It makes your colored wax much easier to manipulate and like I said, easier to wipe back. When applying white wax without clear wax it pretty much mutes the color you are applying it over even after wiping back. Same with dark wax but it makes your base color look muddy. Also if you apply clear wax first, not only will you actually be able to see the true base color when wiping back but you can also use the clear wax as an eraser in case you get the colored wax somewhere that you didn't want it. Pro Tip 😜 Give it a try, I bet you will like the results much better‼ Great flips though, absolutely love them ❣

I just love that little white fishing basket that you took down to show some green. I don’t know if it’s really a fishing basket but it sure is cute. At first I thought the pumpkins should have stayed on the “gather” basket but once you added your white florals to it I just loved that, too. Isn’t it funny how we have these preconceived ideas of what something should be and later realize they can be so many other things….just like people. Isn’t life grand?

I really like that tiered tray. This was a year ago almost. But it’s that time again. I’ve kinda fallen in love with the blue pumpkins. So I think I may try some of these with blue.

People seem to be going with softer orange, gold, and brown tones.
