Craig Conroy needs to be fired, he is going to keep this team mediocre. Easily one of the worst gms in the nhl

It's hard not to be impressed with how composed and articulate Craig Conroy actually is. Even if you have a few doubts occasionally about what direction this team is going, he puts your mind at ease pretty fast. Easily my favourite Flames general manager already, and he hasn't been here long.

Ngl this is a SUPER disappointing video to watch. He pretty much admits(pretty sure he has said this prior) that the team’s goal is to make the playoffs every year. Idk about you but isn’t the goal to win the cup and not to just make the playoffs??? Everyone and their mom knows that in order to win you gotta tank first. His only saving grace is Dallas but yet their #1 D was pick #3 in the draft and they haven’t won shit and just fired their coach and is most likely never going to win cause they are in cap hell.
