I’m so happy someone said something nice about that harvest moon game! It’s not amazing but it was a lot of fun. And when it came out there wasn’t a farm cozy game dropping every week. So I had a great time with it! Great video!
ОтветитьI want Light of Hope! Will look for a mod so I can marry Dean without playing as female. I can't recall if you reviewed One World, what do you think of that game?
ОтветитьI have Littlewood and Light of Hope. I learned about Littlewood after seeing my friend play it, and Light of Hope I've known about for ages but only decided to give it a try recently because it was on a steep sale in a bundle. Littlewood has such a unique story, it's one of my favorite things about the game. It's definitely a different (but still fun experience) compared to other farming sim games. I haven't played enough Light of Hope to really have an opinion but I can say that the graphics are definitely the thing that drags it down, because what I have played of it has been fun so far.
I really want to get Harvestella in the future because I loved the demo, but the price is still a bit much for me. So I'm waiting for a sale :)
I love Harvestella. Definitely one of favorite switch games. I really hope that we can get a sequel sometime in the future. I have not finished the main game yet because I keep going all the side quests. The stories in the side quests are so well written and the rewards are good. It the only game that has farming elements that don’t make think I’am being punish for having a small farm. I only have two chickens, two woolums, and only grow 30 corps at a time. Thank you for your kind words about Harvesella. You are amazing and I love your channel.
ОтветитьLittlewood is such a good game! I really liked the story and how simple the art style is.
ОтветитьImo a hidden gem I don’t think people talk about enough is Rune Factory 4 Special. It’s a spin off of the original Harvest Moon series with JRPG elements but its the perfect balance of cozy farming sim, story, romance, and combat.
ОтветитьI've played Light of Hope & LIttlewood. Of the two, my favorite is Littlewood. I bought Harvestella when it was on sale but haven't played it yet. I'll get there eventually.
ОтветитьLove littlewood
ОтветитьI have played both Harvestella and Littlewood and adored them both! Gosh, Harvestella was such a stunning game. The food alone was amazing.
This video is making me want to try Light of Hope. I have been loving Winds of Anthos so it might be interesting to see a previous Natsume iteration.
I didn't hate light of hope but I also didn't really love it
ОтветитьHarvestella looks amazing. Ive seen it in store but never really considered it because at the time i didnt play these types of games. But after loving winds of anthos im now more open to them. Thanks for the reviews.
ОтветитьI enjoyed all of these games. The soundtrack of Harvestella is one of my all time faves!
ОтветитьI'll ignore your terrible take on LoH and agree that Harvestella is underrated.
Ответитьtotally subbed because "gaymer" and also Harvestella is on my wishlist on steam to play on my steam deck :D
Ответитьi LOVED Littlewood, i was thrilled to see someone else has gotten to play and love that game! Fantastic stuff!
I've been playing Potion Permit, which is like a Farming Sim but has almost no actual farming. But you upgrade the town, and your tools, harvest resources, and make relationships with the townsfolk, so it has a lot of the upgradeable aspects classic to farming sims and a very good social aspect too. It might be fun to try! ☆
Anyone looking for a hidden gem i highly recommend Staxel👍🏻 a unique and amazing game😁 Also runs great in switch.
Ответитьlittlewood is my favourite in the cozy farming/town sim genre! totally agree that it's super underrated
and loveee harvestella, i think in addition to the marketing issues you mentioned, early reviews of the demo also really hurt the game's reputation unfortunately and it fell off the radar by the time it came out
Thank you for brining up Harvestella considering it's one amazing game and I'm hoping for an extension to enable keep playing it.
ОтветитьI’ll check out little wood 😮
ОтветитьYou should totally check out my time at sandrock. It's my fav game nowadays. The farming in it sucks though
ОтветитьI had never heard of Littlewood until this so I am STOKED on it, totally going to pick it up! Harvestella I have on switch and I fell in love with. It is so so so gorgeous! I just wish the farming was... A bit more lol.
Btw Eli, I recently ran into another Farming Sim I think you might like called My Time at Sandrock? It's made by the same people who made Portia, and there's over 20+ marriage candidates. It just released on switch! I will say, heard bad things about the switch port so I got it on my Xbox, but I would love it if you took a look at it! It's set in a poste apocolytic world, which is my bread and butter!
Have played Littlewood and really enjoy it. Really like how the time of day is tied to your stamina rather than a separate clock meaning you only go to bed when you’re low on stamina. I also got it physically thru Super Rare Game
ОтветитьDidn't know Littlewood, it looks quite cute and something I would enjoy, will probably give it a try when I get a bit of time. Thanks for sharing it.
Harvestella is definitely a gem, my favorite Switch game so far. I'm relatively hopefull for a sequel since the game was low budget for Square Enix and it seems to have done well enough, though I would definitely feel better if Square Enix were to announce a sequel is in production.
I own all of these but barely played them.
ОтветитьLittle wood is awesome
ОтветитьRune factory 4 special and I think 3 special had voice acting, and it made the games really lively. Anyway, after your review, I think about buying harvestella again. And who ever is curious about littlewood should just buy it, it’s a great little game :)
ОтветитьNot on the Nintendo Switch, but I had a blast with Seeds of Memories of iOS!
