ОтветитьI purchased a 2020 Osaki OS-4D Pro Maestro LE in 6/2020. In the 1st month, they had to replace the chair two times because problems. According to the menu, this model has the most advanced back heating system. But mine has never had any heat at all since day one. I was tired with the exchanging of such huge heavy item, and also hoping the heated rollers would come to life at some point soon.
Finally I contacted the Vendor on 12/03/2020 regarding the heating problem. They were unresponsive, simply told me that someone will contact me. I waited a while then reached out to Osaki Warranty Department, their response also cold and unprofessional. I will update later, if there’s any good surprise ending with this nonsense.
