Trump seems to be pretty religious so I would assume he believes it was work of the Divine (an act of God).

here's my thoughts on this. I believe Trump may think there was Divine Intervention. too many things went wrong up to the point where he was shot at and at the very last fraction of a moment, he miraculously survives, what should have been in any other circumstances, death from afar. I think Trump sees this not only as Divine Intervention, but perhaps also a Mandate of Heaven. His victory is assured through God's direct action on that day.
Noticed how everythin since the assassination attempt happened, the Democrats have ran into an even greater amount of muck-ups, incompetence, failures, scandals and just general terrible misfortune and continuous blunder after blunder? they were already blundering a bunch, but ever since that fateful day, its been even more dramatic and overt how the Democrats are just failing and flailing while getting hit by every bit of terrible happenstance.
