ОтветитьAnswer to a prayer!! I have been getting a burning pain in that area when I walk for too long and nobody seemed to understand it. So I was getting all these suggestions to stretch the hamstrings and similar things, but nothing seemed to help. This is the answer!!! As soon as I did the first stretch, I KNEW you'd hit the nail on the head! Cannot tell you how very grateful I am!! Many, many thanks!

ОтветитьDo you have a video that focuses on hip pain thats more in the groin area? The pain seems to be on the inside part of the hip and goes down the groin a bit.
ОтветитьProblem is many of these stretches really torque the knees. If you have knee problems, these will hurt. The pregnancy one is better but I think it’s better to flatten the knee and thigh on the table and bring your opposite shoulder down to the knee.

ОтветитьI gave myself a compression fracture of my L3 and found out I have osteoporosis. I spend 2 months in physical therapy and did well. Time has past and the pain creeped in. I found you today and every exercise and stretch you demonstrated mirrored the therapy I took. Thanks so much. Your workout was exactly what I was hoping to find. I know I’ll recover again. BTW I’m a 73 year old man. Bless you.
ОтветитьHi Jared I’m a baseball player and have had pain in my upper hamstring/ lower glute for a couple of months. I’m a pitcher and the pain is mostly when I land on impact. I think my sciatic nerve is poking out a little bit. Do you have any instructions
ОтветитьAll of these stretches and exercises really help with piriformis syndrome. I wake up, do this regimen and then my normal cardio workout and it's helped tremendously!! Thanks Jared.

ОтветитьGot mild pain from squats and deadlifts in left glute. Was going to take it easy but then took a fall at work last night and got bad Sciatica. That modified Pigeon pose was just amazing. Your exercises are a lot better than what the hospital gave me. Thanks so much.

ОтветитьI think i pulled or tore this muscle,I moved a sofa chair by twisting and lifting and its been 50 days and getting worse, I was told for now dont do exercises just lay down with knees up so the muscle can relax off of the sciatica, but im hoping this will help me later once i know if i tore it or not

ОтветитьI hyperextended my Piriformis and have had terrible sciatica pain as a result. The physical therapist gave me a few exercises to do at home that did not help after 2 weeks - started doing the Tone & Thighten 3-step process (using a vibrating ball on the pressure points). Pain is managed!
ОтветитьCan we do it daily ? How many times a day? I performed it twice yesterday and today morning yesterday felt better but today mild soreness around the hip region. I hope thats part of the process as that muscle was never touched in ages and now feels swollen and pumped up

ОтветитьIs it possible for the piriformis nerve pain to run down the SIDE of the leg? That is where my sciatic pain occurs. I’ve struggled for a long time to determine if the pain is piriformis or my back.

ОтветитьPain radiates from left buttock to lower back and then to left lower abdominal muscles. When it reaches the abdominal muscles, pain becomes unbearable. First and second stretch gave me pain relief and made me pin point the pain. Thank you so much 🙏
