Could you do a video explaining what hips look like when doing kicks? I'm thinking specifically martial arts and roundhouse kicks.

I keep hearing about "turning my hip over" but dont know what hips look like when kicking.

This vedio I found when searching for my 2 month long pain.i actually developed pain in my hip..its told in MRI that I hv extruded disc causing pinch to scietica nerve...they hv suggested Surgery of disc
.On a second opinion I took ayurvedic massage n meditation. Enough rest..healed my pain considerably. I am now massaging myself to the hip portion that I sit is causing pain .I came to know from this vedio that ischi...bursa inflation may be possible cause.but I had thigh n lower knee..3 fingers also paining.. may be sciatica pain.i am confused.
