Boneless chicken thigh fillets marinated in authentic Jamaican seasoning infused with thyme garlic scotch bonnet and cooked with cabbage, carrots and few more veggies, then threw in the rice. Then baked to perfection. Dinner doesn’t get any better than this one dish wonder!
