2 eggs room temperature
3tbsp of sugar granulated
Orange zest
1 cup all purpose flour/plain
1tsp of baking powder
1tsp of vanilla sugar
3tbsp melted butter (unsalted)
Mix well!
Put in tray

If you thoroughly chill the batter before making the Madeleines then you'll get that characteristic dome on the other side of the shell. This recipe is lacking the dome.

I just used this recipe step by step I it didn't even come close to the video!! My batter was very stiff that I had to add another egg...now that they're out of the oven their texture is rubbery. The batter in the video was loose and soft unlike mine! I'm wondering if the video truly showing everything??!
