you should definitely paint some of that iron man
ОтветитьSo if the rust stuff works that well could u maybe use bluing or blacking chemicals for a different look
ОтветитьYou can probally use the metal powder as a dusting in the mold like flouring a pan when baking a cake. 🎂
ОтветитьDude.... You've given him eye balls!
ОтветитьWorking with Iron without actually working with Iron.. Ironic isn’t it.. 😅 get it.. cuz (Iron)ic.. 😂
ОтветитьOMG YESSSS as the daughter of a man who has been a FANATIC for Iron Maiden for 40 out of his fifty something years (eternal proof in my second name, wich came from an Iron Maiden song), I am insanely happy to see this ❤❤❤
ОтветитьI can see the cosplay potential with this.
ОтветитьMe and my Eddie poster on the wall (with writing) really enjoyed this
ОтветитьI wonder how it would have looked if you gave it a clear coat of resin over top I stead of the rust.
ОтветитьEasily one of your coolest projects yet.
ОтветитьYou don't need fancy rust spray. Go to the pharmacy, get some peroxide. You can even rust plastic by applying spray adhesive and iron filings and then peroxide them.
Peroxide is reactive and H²O², meaning it has plenty of spare O to add to your iron Oxyde
I see what you did there when you were putting your face in by holding the nose 😜 I mean, I heard what you did there! 🙃
ОтветитьIs there a way to make it look shiny instead of rust like? ❤
ОтветитьAwesome job Jazza though I think the Ironman would look better if you painted it the original colours then rubbed it back as if battle worn and rusted the worn areas only.
ОтветитьIf yiu want to get into metal castings, you should look into an alloy known as Field's Metal.
It's an alloy capable of melting in reasonably hot water.
It not cheap generally, but its non-toxic unlike alternatives.
Not gonna lie, that rust effect is kinda triggering lol. Makes me want to clean it back up to how it was before you added the rust lol.
ОтветитьThanks for the metal 🤘 mention!
Eddie looks great!
You did Iron Maiden justice haha
Who else feel's sorry for the iron man that Jazza pulled apart? 🤣
Edit: i did not like my own comment

Pretty cool, but I feel like the rust took away from it more than it added, I feel like it would’ve been better to rust in some detail rather than burnish the entire thing, like rust in the wrinkles or around exposed skin parts, or some agents into the hair, etc.
In my opinion, it’s a little bit too rusty and there’s rust in areas I wouldn’t expect it to be in the iron maiden
You NEED to call the result Jazzronman. 🤘🏼🤘🏼
ОтветитьThat's so cool! Thank you for the quality content!
ОтветитьLove this! How cool the iron powder is
ОтветитьYou didn't say why the powder and resin are dangerous?
ОтветитьDamn!!!!! You make a cool Iron Man!!!! So awesome! Could you try burnishing an iron/resin cast with a spoon with no rust? I would love to see if it would look like shiny iron. I also have a feeling that the iron, since it's more heavy than the resin sunk down into the deeper areas, creating a much cleaner result.
ОтветитьJazz’s using a dab tool for art is something I never expected.
Ответитьthe thing about metals is that its electrons does not alter the photons that hits it. thats why the light goes into your eyes from the reflection appear metalic. its the same like how crystal or transparent medium do. when photon pass through it and the energy is not getting altered.
so by mechanism, metal is TRANSPARENT, but instead of letting the photon pass through, they deflect it. this is why if you combine them with other material that has no "transparent" nature you will see them loses their metallic look. since that other material alters the photons energy when it being deflected.
if you mix GLASS with metals, you will find the METALLIC appearance PREVAILS.
if you ever seen a transparent plastic layers that being layered so many times that the photons that gets through it would have many of them got deflected back out, they will appear METALLIC. metallic look actually means it stimulate no color. equivalent to being "transparent". white grey and black are colors.
by the way thats pretty cool material by itself, a metal enforced resins. but that also means they arent metals anymore.
Eddy was pretty good ,longer hair and a bit thinner in in the face and youll've nailed im'
ОтветитьNow try some of the other metals. Copper, brass, aluminum, etc.
ОтветитьI just don’t understand why you didn’t call him Headdie.
ОтветитьThe bit with talking with your nose plugged while holding the nose of your mini face was top-tier humor lmao 😂
ОтветитьMarvel made a mistake for not casting jazza as iron man
Ответитьeven after Eddie, I didnt see how well this would work :o
ОтветитьI would love to have his job bruh
ОтветитьU should do a Kmart craft staff like resin and paint pens I love Kmart art stuff and think you should compare them.
ОтветитьJazza: let's see if we can make me, Iron Iron Man. Later: Jazza: Okay, 58th time is the charm!
ОтветитьSo good!!
ОтветитьWhat did you spray the mold with? You sprayed it but didn’t tell us what you use to spray the mold. Also what kind of clay did you use for the face thing you sculpted? Another bit of info that would be extremely helpful.
ОтветитьJazza is more like the Flash than Iron Man... new project??
ОтветитьWhat a cool outcome 😮 I’m impressed that you were able to keep the light.
ОтветитьDo Cooper powder next and it'll have the teal color of copper oxide
ОтветитьThis basically seems like JB Weld.
ОтветитьI cringe every single time I hear someone say "Oh my God." I cannot stand it.
ОтветитьHe is Jazza-Man!!!
ОтветитьI-Rrrrrroon, not Ion
ОтветитьShould've made walli. Or iron giant
Ответить
