ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьThanks for yours video
Ответитьthanks, great video!!
ОтветитьJust eat less you and dogos too and... Best to train dog is no to feed them but learn with toy you.... Dunno how ro call you.... Sux?
ОтветитьI'm surprised there's no dog sport content on ur channel
IGP
Mondioring
Psa
Knpv
So on so forth
You can also just build play bond then incorporate a stop, wait for the dog to sit repeat and repeat, now you have a dog that automatically sits when it comes to you saves you having to use treats 👍🏼
ОтветитьOur Yorkshire terrier graze feed’s she is 5 now.
ОтветитьJust got a 4 month old puppy last week. Working on luring thanks to your videos.
ОтветитьIf one does not have a dog that is in the least treat ot food driven, what advice would you give?
I have a very, extremely strong willed Chorkie. Yes, i know i have a lot of issues that he picks up on, i get that.
He's a good boy- listening just isn't his strong point.
It's probably me ..
My dogs know get down, sit, but 2 refuse the command down or lay down.

No one puts dog training in more easy to understand terms
Best training comes from sport, compilation drives advancing of techniques, now not all pet owners want a sport type trained dog but u can tailor the training to ur own needs when u understand principles
Principles are not opinions
Excellent video!
A method that makes absolute sense, thanks!
Thank you very much for all your beautiful content! 🙂
ОтветитьI love your channel, and I have a question. Just one, I have a mastiff female 7-month-old pup who loves to play. When I take her to the dog park. Park she love to chase and play with all the dogs and when the small ones come in they are scared to death of her and they run and she think they're playing. So she runs after them and the dogs are scared to death. She wouldn't hurt them for nothing but I always get in trouble for it and if not fair to pull her out of the park because she's big ger. Is there something I can teach her or do different?..
ОтветитьI’ve been a mechanic for 27 years who’s hung up his spanner’s because eventually it will take its toll on your body so I started doing dog walking with my girlfriend who’s being doing it for years and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made your videos have only made it easier and even more enjoyable to do because just knowing the basics is a game changer Thank you mate
ОтветитьWhat if my dog is not food motivated when walking outside? She does not care about any of it at all
ОтветитьIv got a 3 year old border collie and shes a angle i trainer her since she was a puppy but about 5 mounths ago she started having sezuirs so she went onto epilepsy medication and shes became very nevus out on walks and she sometimes takes off and runs home iv started putting on her lead and going back to the basics with her and shes fine on them but if its dark and a loud noise happens she will take off but during they day shes just her normal self if anyone has any advise thx
ОтветитьMy dog doesn't really react that much to treats for learning .. although he is pretty young and gets distracted easily, it's hard to lure him with food... Any alternatives?
ОтветитьMy son has had a lab he's absolutely brilliant with everything else but his jumping up we have tried everything also a akita had him so he was put in a neck collar & since then his barking is bad! He's been out of the collar for weeks now but the barking remains & don't worry he only had a small cut from dog bite love him! I have tried turning my back when he jumps up but he still can't get out of it! His sit not eating food until told outside for toilet all amazing 😢
ОтветитьJust found your video's and am hoping they will help me with teaching my 2 yr old Otterhound to stay. He is very smart but strong willed and very food motivated. He knows what stay means and does it at all other times unless food is involved. Like when I am preparing his dinner. He will return to spot each time he is told but wander right back over to me 2 seconds later. It drives me nuts!
ОтветитьHad my staffy puppy 6 days now I'm starting the training 😅
ОтветитьHey mate do you have any videos on the GSD x Golden retriever mix breeds?
ОтветитьBasic and simple tips but just the inspiration I needed for working with my JRT pup today! He is definitely smart and food motivated
Ответить@Will Atherton, I wonder if you can help with door manners. We have a Staffy X that we reacued when she was 7 months. We were her 5th owners!!! She was a bit mouthy, but within a week we had trained her out of that. We have done a lot if training and now at 4, she is a different dog.
However she was so affection starved before she came to us and has a serious case of FOMO, so when somwone knocks at thw door, or comes in, ahe just thinks its for her. She wants ti be everyone's friend, but she is a big girl and not everyone has come to play. 😂
She is not treat motivated when she os excited fo see people, so that makes it tricky.
What can i do to get her better at the door. So people can come in amd then say hello ti hwr calmly?
Do u do personal training. I need mine impeccable with ban. He's good but some b scared at tge look. I don't have time at the moment I need to finish college. I can find website or email. Help
ОтветитьBeen using the luring method with good success with my 12 week old Collie x labradoodle. So far got good sits, downs, walk (heel), name (look), here. Taking this more out of the house now to add more distractions, which is getting there. It's good stuff.
ОтветитьWhat are your thoughts on shih tzus as a family dog and their trainability
ОтветитьClever brother 23
ОтветитьI trained my neighbour’s lab using a kong as the lure. He couldn’t care less about food. I’ve been working him for 2 years and I don’t need a leash to walk him.
I recently adopted a 3 1/2 year old Australian Shepherd and am determined to get him to the same level but reality has slapped me in the face, hard!
I’m enjoying the challenge but it’s soooo much more work without a lure like food.
I watch your videos every day and continue to enjoy and learn but I realize how lucky I was with my first dog. They’re a fun challenge and I never quit. Keep up the great work Will
how do you deal with anxiety in dogs? I've got a 5 month old shollie and we've only just been able to get him outside as he's been sick but now he won't even walk he's just frozen in fear
ОтветитьTrying to train my new Bernese pup, finding these videos very helpful, thanks Will.
ОтветитьGreat techniques
ОтветитьGot my Staffordshire bull terrier puppy 4 days ago. 2 days in I was regretting getting him… luckily I came across your videos and he’s much more obedient now. I’m no longer nervous or anxious around him! Thank you, happy new years❤
ОтветитьAlways enjoy your videos. You provide a great service to those of us who can't afford a trainer!
ОтветитьI come across a lot of other trainers saying the type of slip leads really matters in training. I heard dog owners should have a spring stopper opposed to a leather one and I just wanted to know if this really mattered or is it just the technique with the use of the lead
ОтветитьSmart mother 38
ОтветитьHappy New Year. I’m sure this will be your best year yet. Thank you for all your hard work and sharing your skills. My dog and I have learned so much from you. 🤗
Ответить“Bing Bang Bosch” 😂😂😂😂🎉
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьHappy New year
