Frontier gate agent refuses to let passenger board without payment, claims U.S. Navy sailor

Nope. Been flying for years, this has never happened to me or anyone else. There is much more to this story but rest assured KCAL will never follow up like always.

Doesn't the Navy have hair regulations? I know the Marine Corps has strict regulations: 0 " on the back and side to 3 " on top....but that hair style???? Hmmmm. 🤔 Kind reminds me of an auditors video of a Marine SSGT recruiter having a 'fro'....that was 5 " MINIMUM on top....

There has to be some truth to this and the airline had probably already received complaints about this before because they were way too quick to offer him a voucher and reimbursement or whatever. I hope they follow up on this story I want to see the video footage to see if the door was even actually closed.

Unfortunately, I’ve not had great experiences with Frontier. The savings aren’t worth the negatives, whether caused by staff, the lack of comfort or their passengers. I’d rather travel by public bus. At least then I could exit at any time.

He does not look like he is in the military. His haircut and ear rings do not look like they are military regulation.

This is exactly why I DO NOT FLY these low cost airlines like Frontier, Spirit, Ryan Air and another one I can't remember. They make you think you're getting a deal but people forget they nit pick you on everything which ends up costing you more than a major carrier. You charge cheap you hire cheap unethical people. I hope he gets justice in the end.
