The problem with America that includes Gen. Clark is they think the world will not be at peace without. The truth is America is the problem. Millions died in the Middle East because America mingle on their affair. Millions are refugees and Europe does not welcome them and send them back as seela to die. Thousands are on refugee camps on the borders of Europe dying in the cold. There are functioning governments and the US destabilize those governments in the Middle East because they want their oil and America said that they are getting involve because they care. But what America is doing is to come destroy and leave. Leaving the people in chaos and when those people that they say they save goes to Europe because America, EU and UK kill their leaders that resulted into power vacuum Europe refuse to accept them.
