ОтветитьI couldn't jump that much because of the neighbours under our apartment but I did sweat so 1-3 I would say 2. It was awesome

ОтветитьThank you so much for making us healthier one day at a time Anna. This was brutal but thanks for putting monster burpees somewhere in the middle this time...still managed to kill us with the reverse ones at the end though haha! The work you put in is truly amazing.
