ОтветитьSo Vitamin D you get most of from the sun right? Then low Vitamin D levels could very much indicate lack of sunlight. You get sunlight the most from being outside so, levels of depression could simply be for being inside too much. This studies prove nothing, nor I am disproving, but you dont have to swallow
every piece of shit that's thrown to you.
Yup, I started taking vitamin d supplements and my depression was cured.

ОтветитьSo when I'm in the sun all day, burnt as hell, I get no headaches. But I kid you not, 500iu of vitamin d, or anything higher, gives me headaches and makes my head feel full. I have no idea why though? If it's magnesium deficiency, then why don't I get headaches from the sun?
ОтветитьI live in England, my doctor prescribed me several months of 20,000 unit Vit D capsules, to take every other day. I can tell you this massive dose of Vit D had a strange psychological and physical effects on me. My skin feels like it's been in the sun all day, but without the burning of sunburn, but a tingling sensation all over, quite pleasant really! Also, I've been watching 4k beach walking videos, it's like my brain thinks I'm in a hot country and this is my way of trying to feel like I am. I've never been interested in beach walking videos before. Welcome your thoughts. I will tell my doctor about this when I go back for further blood tests.

My level is 7. Just starting 50,000 once a week prescriptions. I have many symptoms so I really hope this helps.
ОтветитьVitamin D works with fish oil and exercise. Also only eat 30g of sugar or less per day that's the recommended amount for adults. Stay away from negative environments if you can and watch videos on how to help reduce stress and anxiety. Lay off processed junk food etc eat healthy. These are good things to start at helping with depression and anxiety but you have to do these things consistently for weeks or months for the best benefits.
