ОтветитьI know that switching your grip does turn your shoulders a bit. But, putting your hands closer together helps a bit. I think chin ups get a bad impression. If you have crappy pullups, jumping on to the bar, swinging your legs, try a chin up. It may surprise you. Your legs kinda automatically go a bit forward, engaging the core. It's like you're curling your whole body weight...

ОтветитьOut of all people I never thought he would rep that 1leg full knee bend it is not good and you are no longer using muscle the further down you go or partly the way up,instead your putting unnecessary strain on the knee itself/alone.

ОтветитьI love that you always mention modified version. It’s great that you’re inclusive and make an effort to inform everyone that you can start and build up to the more advanced. What is you opinion on doing push-ups on your knees as a modified version versus doing them on an elevated surface?
ОтветитьBeen working out for a while now.. but it's a struggle to keep focus and my interest with what I'm doing which led me to believe that even tho it's good for my body, I can't bring my mind to like it one bit... So I tried calisthenics, where I focused on skills instead of the aesthetic outcome we've all been wishing for... And I could say that this type of workout is much more interesting and harder than they look
