ОтветитьCinnamon roll pancakes are good you don't put as much sugar in the cinnamon then freeze it. Put more sugar in regular pancake mix and flip them normally.

ОтветитьJust as a little aside, like your aside about the flour and raw eggs, you can make flour safe to eat raw. You just heat it past 160 degrees Fahrenheit/ 71 degrees Celsius in some manner. I like to just throw the flour into a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 15 second intervals until the thermometer reads 160 F / 71 C

ОтветитьFirst rule of pancakes... don't over mix.. I would recommend just using a spatula and fold until mix is just coming together. Some lumps are good.
Less mixing = less gluten which makes a less dense pancake
eating raw flower IS dangerous unless you pasteurize it. it can have all sorts of bacteria from all sorts of bag stuff

ОтветитьOk thought on the ice-cream pancake! Idk if it works either way but what brand of ice-cream did you use? Was it labeled as "ice cream" or "real ice-cream" vs "frozen dairy dessert" or something like that.
According to the U.S. Food&Drug Administration, a product can only be classified as ice cream if it meets the following criteria:
Contains at least 1.6 pounds of total solids to the gallon
Weighs no less than 4.5 pounds to the gallon
Contains no less than 20 percent total milk solids and no less than 10% milkfat solids, except when it contains milkfat at 1% increments above the 10% minimum
If an item doesn't meet these requirements, it cannot be labeled as ice cream.
So if it wasn't real ice-cream it may have affected the outcome!
just to be clear by adding sugar to the egg white you are making meringue and in that case you want about 75g of sugar i.e. 3x25g

-just use your normal pancake batter (boxed?)
-less cinnamon in the butter if it was too strong
First attempt cooked better, so plop the dough in, wait for top bubbles, add cinnamon spiral, splash water and cover. Your normal batter should behave like normal pancakes and not lift off the pan in their center.

Unlike a normal modem, the StarLink receivers are not addressable, so they can't have a public IP. You also can't bond them together to increase your bandwidth, but it works well as a backup.

Kaitlyn, you packed the flour into the measuring cup! What are you thinking! That is the opposite of sifting!.
The cinnamon roll-esque attempt was overmixed, you started steaming them too soon, and you didn't check your ingredients before mixing.
If bubbles don't start forming within 60 seconds, you know your baking powder is spent.
Also, the oil may be old and rancid. Seed oils really aren't the best choice for any cooking, anyway. Coconut, peanut, and olive oils are infinity superior.
When you are steaming, the temperature is fixed near 212 degrees Fahrenheit, regardless how high your flame is.
One third of a cup is 79 ml, not 40 ml and not 20 ml. You divided by two an extra time.

Ответитьof course hacks like the banana one ranked so highly compared to the hacks that weren't allowed to have additions. It was great because additions make a pancake better, and that one specific hack happened to require an addition to begin with. I feel pretty confident that the scrambled pancake with the same amount of addition (just some sliced banana) would have been better.

ОтветитьI recently started "scrambling" my pancakes out of impatience mostly, uts quicker and I can throw all the batter into a pot and scramble it on high heat 😆. I quite like it, but unless someone asked for it I would just make them a regular pancake, for myself I just want to eat it fast so I dont care how it looks lmao
Also, covering pancakes also makes them cook faster!
