Amazing information! I always wanted to know how to have a more precisely idea of how much a mouthpiece it's for me or not

This clarified a few things for me. I'm not really sure what my rim size should be as always played with a lot of pressure due to the flat perfect teeth. I'm trying to get back into playing at home and Jason your videos are a great tool. Thank you Jason for providing such useful advice.

Thank you Jason for the drawings. I think Im starting to understand the rim diameter size thing better. Lynn Nickelson says most players play on diameters to big for them. I believe this to be true. I with consider this information for my next harrelson rim.

So when playing a G scale down to the low G, what is the sound of a "too small" diameter? I assume it is an airy, fuzzy sound where the power and clarity disappear. This assumes no / minimal lip manipulation to "get the low notes out". Am I right?

I find I only get a big, clear low G on my Curry 1 1/4C. I guess that is my size then.

Great info Jason I’m 68 and a comeback player.I love that Bach 5V you tested . Also like the 3 c ,7c MV. ,and the Bach artisan 1C . Bobby Shew . I’m all over the place but I guess the 7c brings back lip memory. I love your concept of Septra Tone cause the throat and cup can be customized

Hey, does anyone know the name of the excerpt in the intro? It sounds like something by Rouse or Shostakovich but i cant quite remember.

I'm afraid this while very well presented was not a help to me. The rest of the planet uses metric units.
