I loved this episode but I wished it would have been a few episodes.

The Klingons are obviously an advanced race with deep space capability and quality military equipment. But apparently they have not discovered that branch of medical science known to us Humans as Dentistry....🤨🤮

I always enjoy watching Second Officer Klag played by Brian Thompson. Brian Thompson had various star trek roles although I always know him a s Shao Kahn

He's out of uniform. Shouldn't he report aboard with the proper uniform of a Klingon warrior? And what great house symbol would he be allowed to wear? Personally Id wear house Gorkon's to symbolize the peace.. Id hope they would appreciate the subtlety..

STNG Did Klingons dirty. Klingons are two to three times the strength of a human. That Lt would have took Riker apart easy.

I love the implication that humans are just as strong as Klingons, but humans tend to err on the side of caution in conflict while Klingons fight at 100% every time.

One little tidbit I like is that, when Riker tells his Klingon escort that he is a commander, the soldier straightens almost like he is at attention. Perhaps as a way of showing a little more respect for Riker as an officer

I have a question. If the universal translators translates everything in both directions, how are people able to briefly speak in their own language?

For example. The Klingons will often speak to each other in Klingon. We hear that. So, do they mentally tell the translators to shut off because they want to speak covertly, or is it a plot hole?

This didnt age well....making the Klingon slow and more primitive just lost the cool factor of TOS. John Colicos Klingon, Kor character would have dealt with Riker with less damage to his bridge. 😂

Strange how the Klingons are multilingual, including a language from a species they don't know much about.
