A change in the whole franchise has been needed even before McCarthy. It was visible just from watching the sidelines when your all clapping it up when beating a bad team says a lot about your roster. We're heading in the right direction with the right people and that shows up with the players that are here now and i believe it's just starting. Shotty is the right guy

Who knows - us Cowboys fans have been "believing" nearly every off-season. And we have been let down every January...very hard for me to feel "optimistic" over press conferences.

Can they move that mic into the DC studio where they do all the shows? This mic picks up EVERY water bottle cap twist. I download the daily shows and I usually have to run the podcast thru an app to jack up the volume 100% just to be able to hear at normal volume.

I’m believing in coach schotty. So many times you were bringing up he has been a coordinator for so long and never had a chance. Why would the Cowboys want them. You get the guy who got past over plenty of times, the guy who saw people fail and succeed, and is ready to put his stamp on his own team.

If the o line can protect & our d live can stop the run,we will be a tough win !

I just want this guy to take this team and wear opponents down especially when they show the signs of being worn down! When the opponent gets tired of phase one then hit them with phase 2.
