I lived near one of the cable locations in ocean county NJ. And right across the street - was a Verizon building that wasn’t occupied very much. On the fire company I was on - we had entry to that building / but not everyone was allowed to have access. I remember seeing servers / ceiling to floor in the whole building. All fenced off with no trespassing signs.
