The factor time to what I understood refers to the duration of time. Anything to happen requires some amount of time. If it is taken as a point of time then one may confuse it with destiny.
I hope, I am able to clear the view I have learnt.

If God made this universe then who made God?
Why God made universe full of sufferings?
And most importantly who made this God?
So God must be made by another God for example God1 by God2,God2 by God3 and so on.
And we have to answer these questions infinite times
This means God is eternal.
Hence if God can be eternal so why can't Universe?
And making of God is more complex than universe.
Hence God doesn't exist.
Universe can't be made or destroyed by anyone,it can be just transformed from one form to another.
But this doesn't mean karma doesn't exist,law of karma is making difference between rich and poor,good and bad.
