You talk as if Pogi didn't have a team, but the UAE team is no joke. Despite this, Jonas managed to win the tour. You keep mentioning Pogi vs Jumbo, but isn't it really Pogi vs Jonas or Jumbo vs UAE?

This race revealed Tadej to be a boy... joking, smiling, playing, oblivious to his surroundings. Meanwhile the men of Jumbo formed a plan, executed, and put the boy in the backseat.

One thing is often forgotten. Kämna was on the run to get the mailot jaune. Jumbo visma knew thst pogacar could fest next stages and was giving tempo so hard thar pogacar stayed in yellow with one second ahead of kämna so uae would have to Work

This comment is being written 2 days before the end of the 2023 Tour, and in many ways, this years’ Tour has been a repeat of last year’s. Tadej attacking and attacking - and then cracking in the high mountains. I am a Dane so clearly biased but I would also like an exciting Tour, and Jonas is almost scaringly strong.

But: I’ll happily celebrate a Dane winning. No doubt about it.

van aert is such a legend i dont think he received as much credit as necessary when he helped jumbo visma out in the cobbles

Anyone that doesn't know how to get a chain back on while riding needs to learn a few things about riding a bike.
Even if it drops into the pedal bearing/crank slot. Or outside of the crank.
Last time i checked they still had derailleurs in the front, just a matter of shifting and pushing the chain back on the teeth. Anyone that doesn't know that, needs to learn it. Very simple.
But who am i to tell, i'm not famous and i'm not rich ;)

Jumbo probably with Vingegaard will win again but not as much in difference as last year. White jersey = Pogacar, green jersey = Philipsen and the dots jersey will be for Vingegaard also.

Would love one on how Chris Froome won one of the TDF if that it possible!

All we can say is that, Pogi loves riding bikes and doesn't feel bad when he's not the best racer of the day.

i feel like you dont put enough emphazis on wout performance during this tour. Absulutly insane you can say he almost won vingegard the yellow by himself. Always putting pressure from the start of the race

Tadej and Jonas have brought back class that was missing (or hidden) for so long. Can't help but respect these champions.

Pog still better. His team let him down. The constant attacks by many other top riders who had top teammates with them was too much to defend. Take away the teams and the best rider there was Pog. They all know Pog is the mac daddy and knew they had to gang bang him to beat him. It worked so Kudos but Pog was tenderized the entire stage for Jonas to take advantage. Jonas is proof you can win and not be the best, but have a better team

let me sum it up for everyone who has no time to watch it: He won bcs he rode quick.

I enjoyed the Netflix series but man did they drop the ball on the Kuss To Wout hand off story. Epic stuff!

A truly great tour and Stage 11 was as exciting as it was epic.
