ОтветитьYou need a smart board or something better then what you have. No one can see what you are writing letters are small and marker is going in and out.
ОтветитьBrandon ... you may not realize but this excellent content video was lost on your white board ... the time you ve invested in writing is wasted because it’s barely legible and you can barely see it... too small and not enough color contrast from the marker... you need to make you letters at least 2 in ... and Print so we can see ... also start with a new marker every time...
ОтветитьWhat I don't understand is why are there Triplexes in my area (Los Angeles) for like $900k when there are three units with 2/2. 2/1. and 1/1 and rent for these will be around $2500, $2100, $1600 income of at $6200 a month not including utilities and the mortgage is like $8,000 a month. HOW DOES THAT WORK!?!?!??!
