Apple really do have the retail experience locked down. The amount of thought and effort that goes into the design of the stores, and the way the processes etc work behind the scenes is crazy. Thanks for sharing, awesome that you got to take a sneak peak!

Walked into the store to buy an iPhone 6S 128 gigs...and the bearded guy at the front asked me to wait  since ai already knew what I wanted and informed that a rep will attend shortly....I walked out without buying aa phone since no one bothered to attend to me...What a pathetic customer service experience.....never buying apple just coz of this one experience!!!

since I updated the iOS to 9.3 , the phone won't charge. The only way to do it is to power it off completely. And it charges very very slowy (5% per hour). I also used other guenuine iphone chargers and it's the same. The battery drops also very quickly (10% per hour). And sometimes, the battery drops by 7-8% in seconds. It was perfect before the update but not anynore.

In U.K. London the apple stores literally have barely any security, apple watches just on the table with no security at all, the smart cases, drones, gimbals etc you can pick it up with no wires attached nothing. Crazy
