Wonderful interview. Chi Kung is such an amazing practice for how practical yet highly spiritual it is. I think the best way to heal is simply to nurture what is good. It's a Taoist concept that if you fill something with loving positive energy, it replaces the heavier negative energy.

what a synchronistic timing. i just finished reading nelda buss book "can you walk yet?" the only person afaik who was healed from late stage ALS by energy healing. the healer being dean kraft. he wrote a book too called "a touch of hope" which i havent read yet.

Sounds like sushumna breathing, a Kriya yoga pranayama technique of moving energy up and down the spine using deep breathing. It's interesting to see how many cultures and traditions came to similar conclusions as to how to work with energy in the body.

Thank you for this discussion. From my perspective inside this physical realm, we humans are more or less conduits for external energies--both positive and negative--with their own agendas. Calling upon these energies through prayer or any means may help alleviate suffering. I have my own customized plan and would encourage everyone to adopt whatever works for them.

Hi, Jeffrey. Thank you for continuing to conduct all of these interviews. Along the lines of energy healing, I’ve become interested in Wilhelm Reich’s orgone studies and am about to read a text by one of trainees, Morton Herskowitz. I’m aware of one video on this channel devoted to Reich, and would be interested to see more on his work in the future.

Intresting that in Tantric theology the feminin is the active, generative force while the male Shiva consciousness is the inner restful dimension of being.
