Don’t train through pain.. rest and recover is more important on health and longevity..only time you should push is if your doing a mental task such as tasks as office work and during game day.. your body will collapse and fall apart as you get older and if you destroy it now think about all that wear and tear on joints, tendons, micro fractures in bones possibly too.. your mind might wanting to push and if you want to push just go swimming... the body can only take so much please be careful and cautious.. easy on the body your not superman remember that..
